Most volleyball shoes run true to size, but we recommend checking the specific brand's size chart. For a competitive fit, your toes should have about a half-inch of space from the front to prevent sliding during lateral movements.

How long does shipping take for customized equipment?
Standard orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. However, customized items like embroidered jerseys or printed bags require an additional 7-10 business days for processing before shipment.
What is your return policy for knee pads and apparel?
We accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, knee pads must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
Are your volleyballs shipped inflated or deflated?
To ensure the lowest shipping costs and prevent damage, most volleyballs are shipped deflated. We recommend using a standard hand pump and needle to inflate them to the manufacturer's recommended PSI.
