Returns & Exchanges
At All Volleyball, we want to ensure you have the right gear to dominate the court. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unworn condition with original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the volleyball gear you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label. A small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless you are opting for an exchange or store credit.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items, including all original tags and shoe boxes, into a shipping mailer. Please do not use the manufacturer's shoe box as the primary shipping container.
Ship and Refund
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location. Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
